I am currently a Ph.D. student at the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, in the Applied Marine Physics division. Studying under Dr. Hans Graber, my research area lies in the polar regions. Specifically, I am interested in understanding the physics of sea-ice and the thermodynamics of the cryosphere in general through the use of remote sensing and in-situ measurements.
I believe the key to understanding the processes of the cryosphere are a thirst for scientific knowledge, and collaboration among diverse earth scientists.
